I pay the $5 per month. It remains to be seen if I will continue my membership. But, it would take 10 months to equal the cost of a new game so its worth it. A big patch is due in July so I am really interested in its content.

the 5 is optional you may choose to pay to get better items throughout the game
I payed for about 2 months. In the end, I don't think the game in it's current form is worth the money. The skills are boring, combat feels shallow and unfulfilling, and the game is very repedative. It was fun for around a month (to about lvl 28 for me), then it became a complete bore. They have some good ideas though, and I hope they can expand and make it better. though I think when Mythos (haven't played it, but hearing good things) will be a much better game.

$5 a month... WHO CARES? It is a fairly entertaining game and it is free to download. You can play it most of a year before it off-sets the free download. It can definately be done better, and I have high hopes for the next patch. I figure I'll probably get 2-3 months of play out of it. It's just a Diablo-clone.

Good game but the community is full of 13 year old idiots a member only world would be nice
