Errors on Joint Ops:TR

When I try to click NovaWorld (multiplayer) this comes on the screen:''An error has occured attempting to connect to the network system. You may not have enough RAM or you may have some network sockets blocked. Make sure you are not running other network applications that may take these resources away.'' I know that its not my RAM and I've tried disabling my firewall. Nothing worked. And the Joint Ops forums is basically dead so they couldnt do anything. If you know whats going on and can help with an easy explanation that I can follow please do. Thanks.:)
