It's quite suprising really lol, the hours are average hours per day throughout the month of may.....
1. World of Warcraft 373,593
2. The Lord of the Rings Online 10,753
3. Eve Online 9,928
4. Lineage II 7,193
5. Star Wars Galaxies 5,835
It's weird because the other 5 of the top 10 are free to play and outta the top 10 numbers 2 - 4 are all free to play : I expected to see mmorpgs like EQ orDAOC but i guess the people who play them mmorpgs don't have Xfire. It's also importantto notice that more players who play games like WOWuse xfireand people whoplay free to play mmorpgs. Where as people who play the more old schoo/hardcore mmorpgs as people call themgenerally do not use Xfire and are on average a older generation. The top 5 free to play mmorpgs though from May:
1. Guild Wars 49,157
2. Silkroad Online 27,698
3. MapleStory 12,464
4. Flyff 8,473
5. Rappelz 3,900Top monthly fee mmorpgs (according to Xfire)
and im one of those wow players :PTop monthly fee mmorpgs (according to Xfire)
i'm one of the GW players. But its that the more hardcore people don't like new tech, a lot of people don't think Xfire is great or have problems with it.
Whoa the difference between WoW and LotR is very big.

i'm suprised LotR has that many
I think that free MMORPG's are lacking in some areas, whereas MMORPG's which you pay for have a better standered of gaming, and other important features. I am willing to pay if a game is good enough. :)

Keep in mind LOTRO has in-game voice, so less will also use LOTRO.
And it is a lot of fun.
LOTOR has the same subsciption fee of $15 as most other MMOs right?
LOTRO came out at the end of the month so you wont see the full amount of people playing using xfire till junes.
For the last time, GW is not an mmo... The biggest F2P MMO is Silkroad Online.I am quite impressed with LOTRO though, given the short time it's been out.

im surprised that many remember to log into Xfire each time they boot up WoW.
