Knights of the nine isn't an expansion, it's a download content thing. Either way I'd say shivering isles.Which Oblivion expansion pack is better?
I think that shivering isles is alot better
Knights of the Nine is just a collection of add-ons for Oblivion (if you are talking about the boxed version), while Shivering Isles is an expansion. But if the Knights of the Nine was a expansion pack, then Shivering Isles would win. Shivering Isles added an entire island along with a different unique look to the island, and it had a some-what interesting main quest along with it. So if you had a choice between Knights of the Nine and Shivering Isles, I would highly suggest you choose Shivering Isles. :D

Defiantely shivering isles, knights of the nine is just a compiliation of mods, e.g. horse armour. Shivering Isles has a big new gameworld to explore and some crazy chracters to talk to.
