I highly highly doubt it.bioshock on pc
Require it, no, otherwise the 360 wouldn't run it, though the 360's GPU does have a few DX10ish features.
Nope, so most of us can enjoy it on our WinXP machines!

excellent my windows xp computer survives another few years
i would like to say that bioshock is going to be AWESOMEbut i have been wondering about one thing is the pc version going to require windows vista?im sure it says this somewhere but i am deciding to be lazy and let you fine people tell me :D
Oh I know. It's going to be ownage (unless it's on Vista only, then it will completely suck. All games on Vista suck). I highly doubt it will be on Vista only. People, companies, want their games to sell, not the other way around.
Until the take-up of Vista is more widespread they would be shooting themselves in the foot to restrict it to Vista. There are still no games that make me want to change OS to vista.

I mean...Halo 2...Not only is it a 3-year-old game (?), but now they've required that anyone that wants to play this 3-year-old game must have the newest OS (which has yet to prove itself to many many many gamers).Bioshock on the other hand, is made by people with good business sense and they understand that appealing to ONLY the Vista market would be deadly. There's no doubt in my mind that Bioshock will be XP-compatible.
