I can usually play for a little while before it happens but eventually I'll go from an interior to an exterior and the game will give me a black screen and will lockup completely. This isnt like the black screen most people have where you can still move around, my entire system is locked up. So I disabled HDR and still had the problem and rolled back to the 93.71 drivers to my nvidia card and played on a low resolution and still had a problem. I need lots of help I never had this problem before. My system 2 gigs of ram Nvidia 7950gtamd 64 3500 @2.12ghzintegrated sound Oblivion black screen crash
Turn everything down to minimum, and check for LATEST nVideo drivers
