Battlefield 2 will be dying soon because other games that will be released soon will finally kill it.
When I played it there weren't to many people playing it course that was a year ago. Its alright not the best. I'd just play with what you have.

It definitely is worth getting. Theres more people playing SF than Armored Fury or Euro Forces.

Some maps, like Warlord are quite popular, and there's definitely more people playing Special Forces than AF or EF.
yes i was woundering the same thing i cant think of anygames comming soon that would kill bf2
crysis,the new quake, cod4 will kill bf2
there are many dedicated players of bf2 im not so shure its going to die due to these titles
never know lol, i used to play bf2 alot (my xfire sig is proof) but i stoped playing it lately I dont like what they did with the patches i liked it along time ago when the blackhawk was actually useful

yes again a nother very good point bf2's ranking system is very amazing.. i was instantly inlove with this game the second i started playing it.. id DoD and CS are still around and going very well! bf2 is going to be around for a long long time.
Call of duty 4 Modern Warfare, Crysis etc..will be killing BF2...thank God!
DOnt forget ET Quake Wars thats going to be an awesome game,besides not everyone is going to be able to play crysis.
