Volition, I want for Freespace!

K, so ive been thinking. I want a new descent freespace, cuz that was the single best space game ever. and i want more. we need to start a petition or something.Volition, I want for Freespace!
There is a whole community who would give an arm and a leg to see Freespace 3 made. I'm a big fan of Freespace 2 and would love to see a good finale to the storyline.Volition, I want for Freespace!
Ah, freespace my favorite game as a younger me. I can't even begin to imagine how it would look today. Maybe even huge online battles.

Although I would probably prefer it on a console these days, since I don't want to re-buy a force feedback joystick just for this game.
yea it was deff, my favirote game as a kid. i havent played it in years. im thinkin im gonna buy it again. but god freespace 3, maybe even a freespace mmo where u could upgrade ur ship and stuff *boner*

Its a free and legal download online, Freespace 2 TOS is wierd because it basically gives the access to allow file sharing illegally.. That being said Freespace 2 has improved leaps and bounds graphics wise as well as other aspects with the mod community.. I have played dozens of user made campaigns with the improved graphics (that rival some games today)... In fact they have fully modded over the Freespace 1 campaign, cutschenes, models, missions and all.. So more or less you can play both games..

Freespace 2 is still one of my all-time favorite games.  I%26#39;d love to see a sequel.
Never played Freespace, but I know it's a space sim and I would definitely love to see a revival of those!



Though if I could only select one, it would be a new X-Wing game.
I%26#39;d rather see a Tie Fighter 2 myself, but I would be extremely happy to get Freespace 3.Beggars cant be choosers, and it seems us space sim fans have really been begging lately.
How come no one remembers Tachyon? That game had Bruce Campbell as the main character, which automatically makes it the best game ever.

Screw that! I want for Wing commander: PRIVATEER!But if I cant get that, I%26#39;ll take another Freespace. :)

Yeah, it was called Jack of all Trades. Not his best work. That is the man, though.
Ah ok. Ya I know that actor, wasn%26#39;t sure of the name. And ya I agree, he is a pretty darn cool actor. I loved his character in Xena and I%26#39;ve seen him in a few small parts in some movies and he seems to always make for a very cool character.
So, yeah, imagine Freespace 2, but with Bruce as the main character. Was a pretty good game too, that Tachyon.
