Trackmania: United is FUN! (video)

http://www.thattechsite.com/main/?p=111\(http://www.thattechsite.com/main/?p=111 )This game deserves more attention. It runs great and looks great, and is quite fun. :D Trackmania: United is FUN! (video)
I think the Starforce thing kills it for a lot of people. I absolutely loved the original Trackmania, but after I realized they all used that, I haven't touched any of the subsequent games in the series. :(Trackmania: United is FUN! (video)
Maybe I'll buy the steam version. No starforce or anythingIt's still soo.. full-price-ish, though..
Yeah, there's a couple ways of obtaining it digitally that doesn't occur the StarForce protection, which kind of sucks for those of us who prefers the physical-product route.(thankfully for me StarForce isn't messing with my DVD-RW, and the game uses the ''check for disc every X amount of days'' protection setup, so disc isn't always needed) Anyhow, yeah, it's a fun game, but only if you play it online once you get to grips with the game's unique sense of handling, as the user-made maps/mods blow the crap out of the official tracks provided with the game.Heck, some of them make me rank this as one of my favourite all-time racing games because of that, as there are just some completely mind-blowing insane tracks out there.

It's on Steam?!?!? omg. Steam's already opening as I speak.. haha
Yeam, it's on Steam! :)If you preordered it on Steam, you would have gotten it for $24.99. But now it's only $29.99 :DThe game has A TON of content, both for online and offline. :)
I've been eyeing this on Steam for a little bit, and it looks like a great racing game. No hype at all too. Not surprising though as Gamespot has really been dropping the ball on PC only games for a long time now.
