STALKER yes or no???

So. Stalker yes or no. I can get it even cheaper that its normal cost is but i dont know if its worth. I am really looking for a game whit great atmosphere good story and many options.So is STALKER the way to go???STALKER yes or no???
Stalker is probably worth it, if you can get a good deal on it. I really liked it for the first 12 hours or so then I got bored with it. It definitely has a good atmosphere, but part of the reason I got tired of it is that the atmosphere is so dreary and repetitive, no real variation. Also, an advantage/disadvantage is that it is nonlinear, so that is kind of cool at first but I found myself getting lost a lot and unclear about what I was supposed to be doing (probably played too many FPS' on rails). *shrugs* The game is solid but it got old for me and I don't know if I will finish it. STALKER yes or no???
I personally really liked Stalker. It has great atmosphere and lots of options. It has scary bits, all out war bits and lots to explore too. The only bad thing i can think of is the sometimes silly ai. You can however gets mods to fix this now.

Good game, although I got a really crappy ending and had to tweak the game a lot for better performance, the games optimization is awful.
Put a little effort into your search, Gamespot has many many PC games reviewed with good description what to expect.Had to the main page and click on PC option as a gaming platform.From there you can chose exactly which genre you prefer, it Will give you a list of many games. It's a bit hard to recommend something as you don't have a clear understanding of what you like to play, try to be more accurate and specific.

I was already looking at that list but i cant decide. I like to play RTS, FPS and some RPGs. Not RPGs like oblivion.I guess i will just get STALKER. And maybe GRAW2 when it comes out.It should have good MP.

I heard a big patch is coming out in the near future. Hopefully it will optimize the game a bit more as well as crush whatever bugs are still in it.Is there much mod support for the game?
Here is how stalker went for i started playing it loved then for like 3 hours it got boring then boom i get killer wepons find the bar do killer mission have snipers and im still playing.. Im to scared to go into x18 tho
