Upcoming MMORPG based on Firefly

As you may or may not know, Multiverse is developing a huge MMORPG based on the Firefly universe. Google multiverse to get a look at what they're all about. The good news is it looks like the Firefly MMORPG is going to be more commercial than some of their other games.

Anyway I thought I'd start up a thread for some discussion on what everyone thinks about this upcoming Firefly game. I'm really looking forward to it, partly as a fan of the show, but also because I think it's time for a scifi based RPG that isn't star wars galaxies.

Do you have a time machine or something? Anyhow, if this were being developed by a more prominent developer I would be a little more excited (A lot excited actually). I really hope this turns out good but looking at some of the other Multiverse games, I have my doubts. I sincerely hope that my skepticism is proved wrong and that the Firefly MMORPG is great.

I know what you mean from looking at their other games, but I will still like to play it even if it is like them. It's worth considering though that they went to a lot more trouble than usual to get the license for a Fox television program, plus they recently came into some greater funding. Time will tell though.
Can't really say whether or not I'd buy it at this point since very little is actually known about the game. I'm a fan of the series (and movie) and am interested in the title only only time will tell whether or notthe gamewill be worth picking up. Just going by the series and movie I'd have to say there isn't a whole lot of content to go by, just the foundations. Because of that the game may end upnot having a lot in common with it's subject.
If it does come out, I'd be one happy monkey.
