Any dif with the 2 disc and 3 disc versions of Mac Payne 2?

I was just looking around, and found there's 2 versions of max payne 2. One with 2 CD's and one with 3 CD's. Whats the difference, far as I can tell they're exactly the same... but then that makes no sence...
