Unreal Tournament 3 is defenantly gonna make jack cry from the last gameplay trailer i saw. the mercs and juggernauts were all like ''burn in hell b*tch!, tomorrow isnt near for u! etc.'' and all the intense blood and explosions

I have yet to see a videogame that makes me cringe. I want developers to make a zombie game where if you cut a zombie's gut open, it spawns ragdoll intestines and blood and pours all over the place. That would be my kind of game.

The Postal games make an inside-joke out of thumbing their noses at Thompson-esque puritanism. They're deliberately over-the-top in a way which never takes itself seriously. At the moment it would be Manhunt %26 its sequel. But there is a rumor of games based off the Saw movies, if that is true Manhunt will have a little competition.
Disturbing? Silent Hill 2. Brutal? Soldier of Fortune 2.

Also, the original AVP was pretty brutal. You could dismember corpses to the point of cutting their thumbs off. And in the alien campaign in AVP2, you mercilessly devour a cat. :
