In the regular retail package of S.T.A.L.K.E.R do you get a zone map?

I have seen there is a limited edition package sold with the printed zone map and some other stuff. I was wondering if that map comes in the normal retail version of the game.In the regular retail package of S.T.A.L.K.E.R do you get a zone map?
